Responsibilities
  • Monitor multiple contact center campaigns in real time using ACD, dialer, and workforce management platforms to track service levels, adherence, and performance against daily goals.
  • Identify staffing gaps, queue backups, or performance shortfalls during the day and take immediate corrective action.
  • Move and reallocate agents between campaigns and queues throughout the day to balance workload and achieve service level agreements and productivity targets.
  • Build, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance, agent productivity, adherence, and key contact center metrics.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes of shortfalls, and opportunities for improvement, and summarize findings for management.
  • Prepare and present daily performance summaries and dashboards to contact center leadership.
  • Partner with team leads, supervisors, and operations managers to communicate real-time performance issues and staffing adjustments.
  • Support forecasting, scheduling, and intraday management processes in partnership with the Workforce Management team.
  • Maintain clear documentation of campaign configurations, reporting logic, and standard operating procedures.
  • Administer and troubleshoot day-to-day issues with contact center technology, including ACD, dialer, IVR, workforce management, and reporting tools, to ensure system uptime and accurate data capture.
  • Escalate technical or system issues affecting operations to IT or vendor support as needed, and track resolution.
Desired Qualifications
  • One to three years of experience in a contact center environment, with exposure to real-time monitoring, workforce management, or operations/reporting analysis; this experience is stated as preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

GoodLeap has closed a $389 million securitisation, its 26th overall and sixth backed solely by home improvement loans. The transaction, GoodLeap Home Improvement Solutions Trust 2026-2, was sponsored by Bank of America and is backed by $434 million in principal balance of GoodLeap-originated loans. The securitisation received ratings from Kroll Bond Rating Agency and Fitch Ratings. Joint bookrunners included Goldman Sachs, CIBC World Markets, and Citigroup Global Markets. GoodLeap provides financing and software for sustainable home solutions including solar panels, batteries, and energy-efficient HVAC systems. Since 2018, the company has facilitated more than $38 billion in financing, serving over 1.7 million homeowners.
