Requirements
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in employee relations, human resources, or employment law
  • Bachelors and/or Masters in Human Resources or Labor Relations
  • Mastery of employment law basics and performance management best practices
  • Ability to translate data and predictive analytics into action plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Experience in diffusing tension and mediating conflict
  • Presentation, training design, and facilitation experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)
  • Prior experience supporting a call center / customer service center is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute strategic and tactical components of employee advocacy strategy
  • Work with partners to drive positive employee relations
  • Develop and deploy communication channels to obtain employee feedback
  • Create and implement training focused on improving people leadership skills
  • Monitor Employee Relations trends and inform leadership about potential impacts
  • Research and respond to employee relations matters
  • Provide guidance to leaders to resolve concerns and mitigate employment risk
  • Influence business decisions to balance employee and business impact
  • Assess working conditions, safety, employee experience, and leadership effectiveness
  • Conduct on-site response to engagement and environmental concerns
  • Analyze employee data to identify areas of focus
  • Deliver standard and scheduled updates and reporting to Senior Leadership
