Midas is a fintech platform with an SEC-licensed app that lets individual investors access major U.S. stock markets, including NASDAQ and NYSE, to buy and invest in a wide range of stocks (about 10,000 shares listed on the NYSE). The app provides investment tools that help users calculate potential returns and share financial summaries, making it easier to plan and communicate a portfolio strategy. Users interact with the platform to place trades and view insights, while the company earns revenue mainly from transaction fees and may offer premium features through subscriptions. Midas aims to help people diversify their portfolios and build a stronger financial future by giving simple access to large-cap stocks and clear, shareable financial insights.
