Responsibilities
  • Provide aid and expertise to plant maintenance teams and internal Engineering Technicians.
  • Assist with repairs to production machinery as needed.
  • Provide information about facility needs for long-term success, including the Focus Line Process.
  • Identify problems and wear and tear on machine centers for every production line during diagnostic visits.
  • Perform root cause analysis for corrective actions.
  • Develop recommendations for parts and labor needed during annual rebuilds and overhauls.
  • Work on teams of four with plant maintenance teams during annual rebuilds and overhauls.
  • Prepare machine centers to repair or rebuild problems identified during diagnostic visits.
  • Attend machine-center-specific master class training.
  • Assist with evaluating Engineering Technicians' skills on machine centers using a written assessment card.
  • Assist with training Engineering Technicians through an on-the-job training format.
  • Suggest machine-center-specific training modules needed beyond the on-the-job training system.
  • Assist with further developing and implementing on-the-job training for the group.
  • Travel approximately 75% of the year.

Since moving into supply chain leadership, Jha has held roles from plant director to his current position overseeing logistics strategy across a multi-state region, and is now deeply involved in Niagara Bottling's AI strategy for manufacturing and supply chain operations. He holds several patents in manufacturing and supply chain technology, including three granted US patents around direct to store shipments, and has deployed AI-driven systems for automated palletizing, dynamic shipping, and operational incident handling.
