Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a fast-moving, people-facing role such as retail management, hospitality, guest services, or office operations.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and perform hands-on operational tasks.
  • Availability to work full-time, five days per week in the New York office, including occasional early mornings or evenings for events.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations and facilities at the New York headquarters and maintain a productive, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Serve as a resource for employees by connecting them with the appropriate information, resources, and people.
  • Manage office supplies, amenities, shared spaces, food and beverage programs, and swag inventory.
  • Track and submit office expenses and support budgeting processes.
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, facilities requests, and office equipment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and office services.
  • Handle mail, deliveries, shipments, and general office logistics.
  • Support workspace setup, onboarding logistics, office updates, and welcome experiences for clients and guests.
  • Plan and execute internal events such as office lunches, happy hours, celebrations, and culture programming.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including catering, supplies, room setup, and vendor management.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, learning and development, and cultural observance initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between Known offices for internal events, workplace initiatives, and shared programs.
  • Support internal communications through Slack posts, emails, calendar invites, and communication channels.
  • Maintain internal calendars, documentation, and shared resources.
  • Partner with Talent on scheduling and employee logistics.
  • Support special projects across Culture, Communications, Facilities, and Events.

  • Experience supporting internal events or programs.
