About the job
- A technical qualification such as BEP, Bac Pro, or BTS in industrial maintenance, construction-equipment maintenance, agricultural-equipment maintenance, or a related technical field.
- Initial experience in a similar position.
- Recognized professional experience in technical maintenance.
- Knowledge of construction and public-works equipment.
- Previous experience in public-works equipment mechanics is mandatory.
- A valid Category B driving license is mandatory.
- Inspect each piece of equipment from its arrival at the workshop through its departure.
- Perform diagnostics and identify potential breakdowns.
- Maintain, service, and repair equipment in accordance with technical directives.
- Perform breakdown repairs on worksites.
- Follow maintenance programs and periodic general inspections.
- Complete and maintain equipment service records.
- Support the proper operation of the workshop by managing stock and complying with hygiene and safety standards.
- Customer-service orientation and team spirit are advantageous for success in the role.
