  • PGDBM/MBA
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in sales/business development, with a focus on developing and shaping retail units /schools or other franchise units. Preschool experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes.
  • Worked with similar industries or involved in setting up retail outlets like CCD, Barista, Lenskart, McDonald, etc.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business goals and align project strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • GTL Plan: Making a Go To Location plan to identify possible opportunities to open preschool franchise units in the assigned region/territory.
  • City Profiling: Conduct surveys of cities within the assigned region and to create city profiles for market understanding.
  • Prospecting: Identify and locate potential franchise prospects to open up franchise preschools in the assigned region.
  • Business Presentation: Conduct business presentations with the prospects to convince them to invest in opening the franchise unit.
  • Prospect Evaluation: Evaluation of the prospect from financial and social aspects to ascertain fitment to open a franchise unit.
  • Sales process adherence: Adhere to the sales process and execute actions as per the sales process to achieve business targets.
