Requirements
- A high school degree or GED is required.
- One to four years of experience in a related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience developing and implementing software solutions using .NET, Visual Basic .NET, Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, Internet Information Services, ASP.NET, and Service-Oriented Architecture is required.
- Experience developing and implementing software designs to solve business problems and produce high-quality architecture artifacts with attention to detail is required.
- Experience coding, testing, and debugging programs based on requirements is required.
- IT experience in agile full life-cycle development, including system design architecture, development, maintenance, and support, is required.
- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture is required.
- Experience with Scrum is required.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills are required.
Desired Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience with J2EE, XSL, XML, JSP, and web service development is a plus.
