Responsibilities
Implement client-specific sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
Collaborate with talent acquisition professionals to identify and implement recruiting strategies that address clients’ immediate and long-term needs.

Serve as the first point of contact and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Prescreen candidates for cultural and technical fit.
Maintain timely and accurate records of candidate interactions in the relevant database.
Proactively source potential hires in anticipation of future hiring needs.
Measure and report recruiting metrics, including source of hire and time to fill.
Assist with developing and implementing candidate attraction initiatives, including newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies, and recruitment events.
Communicate with candidates and clients in a timely and professional manner.

You will work to understand our clients' recruitment processes from top to bottom and use data to draw insights and craft effective hiring strategies to fill in the missing pieces, making their hiring process smarter and more efficient--not just for today, but also for tomorrow.
What You'll Do
