Brings dental, hearing, vision and foot care to seniors
Comprehensive Mobile Care arranges dental, audiology, optometry and podiatry visits for residents in nursing homes, assisted-living communities, PACE centers, rehabilitation facilities and veterans homes. Clinicians bring portable equipment to each site, set up clinics and see many patients in a day; this reduces outside trips and facility transport coordination for people with mobility or cognitive limits. The company coordinates providers with facilities; separate teams handle scheduling, equipment, billing and credentialing, while facilities and residents can choose among several payment options. It began in 1997 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.
