Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, or AE), revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, lead qualification, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with GTM teams (Marketing, SDR, Sales Leaders) to develop and implement lead-generation strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Manage lead data and ensure data integrity within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), including lead scoring, segmentation, and enrichment.
  • TOF metrics, reports, and dashboards to provide visibility and drive accountability and progress to goal.
  • Analyze lead performance metrics and conversion rates to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and optimize lead scoring models to prioritize leads and improve sales efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain lead qualification criteria and processes to ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead nurturing campaigns and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
  • Provide training and support to Sales and Business Development teams on lead management best practices and CRM usage.
