  • Multilingual: English & Spanish (with Portuguese strongly preferred, but not required) - Fluent spoken & written, tailoring depth to fit varying audiences

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining and driving existing customer spend, identifying areas for Fastly expansion that create mutual success
  • Monitor relationship and account health, establishing long-term strategic plans
  • Accelerate customer adoption and ensure customer happiness
  • Own overall relationship with identified clients - be their go-to person at Fastly
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their business via formal and informal methods
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing and sales teams to provide feedback for ongoing customer support
  • Attend in-person client visits throughout the year. Expected travel up to 30%
