  • Deep, hands-on fluency with large language models, automation platforms, or artificial intelligence agents.
  • Knowledge of United States healthcare, including health system economics, rural and critical access hospital dynamics, 340B, payer mix, and hospital buying committees.
  • Three to eight or more years of experience in revenue operations, sales engineering, GTM engineering, or growth roles, ideally at a healthtech or digital health startup selling into health systems.
  • Experience administering HubSpot or Salesforce, using SQL, and working with no-code or low-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or Clay; scripting ability is a plus.

  • Ability to make decisive, mission-aligned decisions.
  • Empathy, results orientation, low-ego behavior, transparency, and enthusiasm for expanding access to neurological care.
Responsibilities
  • Own the daily volume of qualified meetings booked with rural and health system decision-makers, and build, measure, and iterate the artificial-intelligence-driven engine that increases that volume.
  • Design and run agentic outbound workflows, including automated account research and enrichment, artificial-intelligence-drafted personalized outreach sequences, and intelligent lead scoring and routing.

  • Partner with the go-to-market and sales team to convert booked meetings into real pipeline and coach the team on adopting artificial intelligence tools in its daily work.
  • Build dashboards providing leadership with real-time visibility into meetings booked, source, conversion, pipeline health, and deal velocity.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a healthtech or digital health startup selling into health systems.
  • Scripting ability.

Neura Health provides telehealth-based headache and migraine care. It offers a subscription service that gives users access to expert neurologists via real-time consultations, with a headache tracker that records symptoms, triggers, and treatment responses to share with doctors. The platform enables patients, including those in remote or underserved areas, to receive specialist care from home. Unlike traditional clinics, Neura Health centers its product around a digital headache management tool and ongoing remote access to neurology experts through a membership model. The goal is to improve access to specialist headache care, streamline diagnosis and treatment, and help users manage migraine and headache symptoms more effectively without needing in-person visits.
