Commercial Roofing, Service Division

Day in the Life:
- Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
- Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
- Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
- Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
- Attend association, industry, and networking events
- Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
- Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels

Technical Skills and Responsibilities:
- Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
- Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
- Ability to conduct presentations virtually
- Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
What we are Seeking:
- Roofing knowledge is required
- Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
- Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad)
- Clear understanding of contract documents
