  • Availability to work flexible schedules.
  • Availability to travel locally and extensive knowledge of the Guadalajara metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective collection of overdue customer accounts through negotiation and objection handling to secure payment commitments and payments.
  • Conduct home visits for collections in the Guadalajara metropolitan area; follow up with and assist overdue customers by phone and in person to obtain payment promises appropriate to their arrears.
