- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or similar role is required.

- Receive packages, shipments, and deliveries; verify contents by quantity, condition, and matching invoices or packing slips.
- Unpack, sort, and stage incoming items for verification and processing.
- Assist with verification by checking items against records, inspecting for damage, and documenting discrepancies.
- Place verified inventory into storage, vault, or designated holding areas with correct labeling and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to prescribed packing methods and shipping instructions.
- Maintain inventory records by recording receipts, transfers, and depletions, and support periodic inventory audits.
- Assist with order fulfillment tasks, including staging items and supporting team workflows.
- Keep warehouse, staging, and fulfillment areas clean, organized, and safe, and follow safety and security protocols.
- Experience handling precious metals, rare coins, other collectibles, or high-value or sensitive items.
- Experience with vaulting or secure storage procedures.
- Familiarity with packing and shipping best practices.
- Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse software.
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, and bending.
PM Technologies runs an online marketplace for rare coins and precious metals where buyers, sellers, and dealers trade through a bid/ask system similar to a stock exchange. Items are authenticated at a Los Angeles processing facility using XRF technology and proprietary software before being sent to buyers, with buyers able to buy at the lowest ask or sellers to sell at the best bid, or place bids/asks for future matching. It differentiates itself with transparent price discovery, formal authentication, and a platform that serves collectors, stackers, coin shops, and online dealers, supported by Y Combinator participation and seed investors. This feature allows eligible users to receive a full advance on their item's value - before the check-in process is complete. Once your package is delivered, funds are released within 24 hours, giving you faster access to your proceeds. Eligible items will be clearly marked during checkout for easy identification. The current rate is 0.05, and may vary based on market conditions. Updated rates and payout limits will be reflected on your dashboard over time. Advanced Payment is only available for orders made by accepting the highest bid, it is currently not available for orders placed by an ask. Introducing the Vault shipping feature (beta). On February 25, 2026 Introducing the Vault feature (now live for beta users). Collectpure is excited to roll out its new Vault System, a secure way for users to store their precious metals directly with Collectpure instead of shipping them out right away. This feature was built for collectors and investors who want an easier way to manage their metals without worrying about storage, shipping, or handling every time they make a move. What is the Vault System? The Vault System lets you keep gold safely stored in its secure facility while still maintaining full ownership and control. Once your metals are vaulted, you can manage them right from your account - whether that means listing them for sale, transferring them to another user, or requesting delivery whenever you choose. Collectpure plan on allowing other metals to be stored in its vaulting system when the vault feature is fully built out. How it works. When a vaulted item arrives, it's received, verified, and securely stored on your behalf. From there, you can view and manage your vaulted metals directly in your dashboard. No extra steps, no need to handle the product yourself, and no need to arrange storage elsewhere. Why it's in beta. The Vault System is currently available to a limited group of beta users while Collectpure continue testing and improving the experience.
