Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
A valid Registered Nurse license.
A valid UAE healthcare license (DOH, DHA, or MOH) is preferred.
A minimum of 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in industrial, occupational health, emergency, or clinic settings.
Experience handling workplace injuries and emergency situations.
Basic Life Support certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification is preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a site-based environment.
Responsibilities
Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees at the worksite.
Assess, treat, and document workplace injuries and illnesses.
Monitor employees' health conditions and provide appropriate medical support.
Conduct health screenings, medical assessments, and fitness-to-work evaluations.
Administer medications, vaccinations, and basic treatments as directed by physicians.
Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and patient documentation.
Assist in managing workplace emergencies and coordinate with ambulance services when required.
Support occupational health and safety initiatives and promote workplace wellness.
Educate employees on health awareness, hygiene, safety practices, and preventive care.
Collaborate with HSE teams and management to identify health risks and improve workplace safety.
Ensure compliance with company policies, occupational health regulations, and healthcare standards.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in industrial clinics, construction sites, manufacturing facilities, oil and gas, or remote site healthcare.
Knowledge of occupational health and workplace safety practices.
A valid UAE healthcare license, such as DOH, DHA, or MOH.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
