About the Job

Requirements

  • Hold a Bac +5 / Master 2 degree in graphic design and/or art direction, or have attended an arts school.
  • Have 0 to 4 years of experience in an agency and/or on the client side.
  • Have good knowledge of the full graphic production process.
  • Be proficient in the Adobe suite.
  • Be proficient in the Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Be proficient in video production, particularly motion design.
  • Have strong sensitivity to typography and its rules.
  • Have sensitivity to generative AI tools.
  • Have a solid visual culture and attention to detail and precision.
  • Have curiosity about innovation and technology topics.
  • Understand corporate conventions, including organization, autonomy, and understanding client issues.
  • Be organized and able to manage several projects in parallel and anticipate needs.
  • Be autonomous and adaptable, with a good sense of priorities.
  • Be comfortable in a Mac environment.
  • Have good oral and written expression in French and English.
  • Have an interest in innovation and curiosity about new tools, particularly those related to generative AI.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the art directors and the Creative Director.
  • Participate in creative briefings and responses to calls for proposals.
  • Propose creative solutions that comply with briefs.
  • Develop an overall graphic approach for both print and digital media.
  • Produce presentations with strong graphic impact in PowerPoint.
  • Design storyboards for motion design production.
  • Produce motion design videos ranging from a few seconds to several minutes.
  • Create and adapt graphic concepts for various final media, including pitch decks, training modules, interfaces, infographics, illustrations, GIFs, publications, newsletters, prototypes, artifacts, templates, and mock-ups.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with different teams.
  • Monitor graphic design trends continuously.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the video production chain, including filming, editing, and sound.
