Requirements
  • Experience or demonstrated ability to lead, care for, and work creatively with children.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and build relationships with parents, team members, the host school, and central operations.
  • Ability to organize and plan age-appropriate, inclusive activities and manage teams and activities.
  • All roles require an Enhanced DBS check, Children's Barred List Check, and satisfactory DBS and suitability checks.
  • Candidates must comply with safeguarding and due diligence procedures, including potential online searches for shortlisted candidates.
Responsibilities
  • Greet children in the morning and afternoon and engage them with games, sports, and activities.
  • Lead after-school activities including arts and crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
  • Plan engaging, age-appropriate, and inclusive sessions.
  • Manage and motivate the team to deliver care and play experiences.
  • Communicate with parents, the team, the host school, and central operations.
  • Ensure health and safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Holiday camp work is available as overtime.
