Requirements
- Graduating with a Master’s degree(or Doctorate or Postdoc) in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Nanotechnologies or related field

Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge processes used to manufacture the most-advanced semiconductor chips
- Design hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOE), analyze data with statistics, and compile reports
- Perform hardware characterization on advanced systems and provide guidance to design engineering authority
- Troubleshoot complex problems, perform root cause analysis, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues
- Generate internal and external documentation for products, presentations, and technical reports
- Interact with customers to resolve difficult process engineering issues, including oral presentations
- Execute problem-solving learning cycle, measure film properties, and interpret data
- Identify, select, and work with vendors and suppliers
- Implement new technology, products, and analytical instrumentation
