- Liaise with printed circuit board assembly suppliers and the internal supply chain regarding printed circuit board assembly testing equipment, including occasional supplier visits.
- Monitor test failures, diagnose issues, and drive countermeasures.
- Update test specifications, test limits, and test software.
- Support the transition to new suppliers, evaluation of sample boards, and final sign-off with Supply Chain, Technical, and Quality teams.
- Maintain and update testing equipment and fixtures.
- Produce requirements for test-equipment suppliers.
- Write reports.
- Continuously improve testing and production processes.
- Work with or alongside the Quality department.
- Support periodic equipment calibration and checks.
- Experience writing and updating LabVIEW and TestStand software would be ideal.
- Experience with WATS or other test-data-analysis tools would be beneficial.
