Requirements
  • 7+ years of new logo enterprise software sales (SaaS) experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Passionate and confident describing the value of Degreed’s solutions
  • Comfortable managing large, complex deals with Enterprise accounts
  • Experience working independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional professional presence and business acumen
  • Strong preference for Learning or Human Capital Technology experience
  • Previous experience with value-based sales methodology
Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Develop and manage a strategic territory business plan
  • Create and drive revenue within a specified region
  • Develop relationships with multiple personas across all product sales
  • Generate leads from tradeshows and regional networking events
  • Possess a full understanding of customers’ decision-making and purchasing process
  • Develop and manage pipeline activity
  • Monitor sales activity against assigned quotas
  • Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to trends, technologies, and competitors
  • Deliver compelling presentations across a wide variety of technology
  • Travel 25%
  • Other duties as assigned
