Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Establish the company's presence and credibility in the Middle East and North Africa market.
  • Build a robust pipeline from the ground up in a new geographic market.
  • Provide market insights to inform product and strategy decisions.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing for enterprise accounts with 25,000–100,000 USD or more in annual contract value.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across Middle East and North Africa markets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and pilot programs with prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and drive deals to closure.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize target segments and accounts within Middle East and North Africa.
  • Develop market-specific messaging and positioning strategies.
  • Build relationships with key industry players, partners, and influencers.
  • Provide regular market intelligence and competitive insights to the global team.
  • Adapt sales processes and materials for local market needs.
  • Establish best practices for the Middle East and North Africa market approach and document learnings.
  • Create scalable processes and frameworks for future team expansion.
  • Build a local partner network and ecosystem relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional demand-generation strategies.
