Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in chemical cleaning, process design, or process construction.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering, or equivalent high-purity cleaning expertise.
  • Proven technical writing skills for standard operating procedures and specifications.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
Responsibilities
  • Provide conceptualization and engineering support to Sales and Operations teams.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and procedures to design project approaches.
  • Create and improve standard operating procedures and maintain an organized procedural database.
  • Participate in internal and external technical reviews, audits, and job walks.
  • Deliver training and mentorship to Field Services Technicians and Project Leaders.
  • Identify process improvements, new service opportunities, and market potential.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers to develop creative, cost-effective solutions.

The three transactions closed within a four-month period, marking a significant milestone in Astro Pak's acquisition strategy.
