Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in RevOps with 3+ in a leadership position
  • Previous experience at a high growth SaaS startup
  • Successfully built the RevOps function from the ground up
  • Proven experience supporting companies through significant scaling phases ($10M to $100M+ ARR etc.)
  • Expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms
  • Strong technical skills and an analytical mindset
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to optimize the entire revenue process
  • Build complex GTM systems around lead routing, pipeline processes, and implementation of commission plans to scale with rapid growth
  • Analyze conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer acquisition costs while building reporting that provides real-time visibility into revenue performance
  • Own the RevOps tech stack and integrate a dozen tools into HubSpot
  • Dogfood and use Replit as part of your daily

Replit lands $400M at $9B valuation to turn ideas into apps without coding

Replit has raised $400 million in new funding, tripling its valuation to $9 billion in just six months. The round was led by Georgian, G Squared and Prysm Capital, with participation from a16z, Craft Ventures, QIA and strategic investors including Accenture Ventures, Databricks Ventures and Okta Ventures. Founded in 2016, Replit offers an AI development environment that enables users to create applications without coding, using plain language instructions. The platform combines large-scale models, real-time collaboration and cloud infrastructure. Users from 85% of Fortune 500 companies already have teams building on Replit. The company recently launched Agent 4, which is 10 times faster than previous versions and features real-time creative canvases, multi-project capabilities and AI-managed workflows. Replit targets $1 billion in annual revenue by 2026.

Hexaware and Replit partner to accelerate AI-driven enterprise app development

Hexaware Technologies has launched an open version of RapidX, featuring native integration with Replit's AI platform, to help enterprises accelerate software development from prototyping to production. Replit, a cloud developer platform, has raised $97.4 million at a $1.16 billion post-money valuation. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz's Growth Fund, with participation from Khosla Ventures, Coatue, SV Angel, Y Combinator and others. The company operates a cloud-based development environment and created Ghostwriter, a generative AI tool for software development that reportedly increases developer productivity by over 30%. Replit plans to use the funding to enhance its development experience, expand cloud services and advance AI capabilities. The platform has grown to 22.5 million developers across 200-plus countries, who have created 235 million projects. Replit hosts 25 billion monthly external visits to applications and supports 200,000 AI applications using major generative AI APIs.
