About the job
As a Senior Website Growth Lead, you will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of our marketing efforts by optimizing the website conversion funnel. We’re a business driven predominantly by inbound marketing with the majority of our inbound revenue coming from organic content, which drives 200k sessions to our website every month.
You will analyze user behavior, identify pain points in the user journey, and implement strategies to increase the conversion rate, with a specific focus on driving demo requests, free trial sign-ups, and content downloads. We’re looking for someone who is data-driven, tech-savvy, and creative, with a deep understanding of user experience and conversion optimization techniques.
In your role as Senior Website Growth Lead you will work closely with our Head of Growth and Demand Generation Manager to manage our system of web experimentation and optimization. This includes monitoring website analytics, identifying areas for improvement across blogs and landing pages, and creating and implementing testing strategies to improve conversion rates. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure website optimization aligns with overall business goals.
What you will be doing
- Serve as a strong advocate for the creation and enhancement of marketing web pages, optimizing for desktop and mobile to serve diverse visitors.
- Strive to strike a balance between conversion rate optimization, user experience, and long-term brand sentiment.
- Leverage data and insights to craft a comprehensive web page optimization roadmap, oversee its execution, and monitor the performance of initiatives. Collaborate with the team to develop a roadmap for landing page and blog experiments, executing them within a robust A/B testing framework.
- Apply effective B2C techniques to our experiments that would help achieve our B2B business goals.
- Establish goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for conversion rate optimization aligned with broader website and Acquisition team objectives. Develop best practices, guidance, and templates for constructing new marketing web pages, consulting with partners across various departments for optimized outcomes. Work closely with the SEO managers, content marketers, and other members of the Website team to shape the overall website strategy and identify new opportunities for landing pages.
- Compose project briefs and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of these briefs.
About you
- You have 6-8+ years of relevant web strategy experience, including expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and proficiency in building and executing A/B tests.
- Proficient in GA4 for web analytics.
- Successful track record of increasing website conversion rates through experimentation and iteration - and tangible results to show for it!
- A growth mentality and a comfort level operating in fast-moving, high growth environments .
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and test results, and turn them into actionable insights that drive decision-making
- Proficiency in A/B testing tools, such as Optimizely, Convert, VMO, etc.
- Knowledge of experimentation methodologies including experiment design, hypothesis creation, and basic statistics
- Demonstrate an understanding of user behavior on websites, recognizing the impact of information presentation on user actions.
- Embrace organization while maintaining flexibility, orchestrating projects like puzzles and involving the right individuals at the right stages for optimal results.
- Seek answers to questions, synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, make data-driven decisions, and use available data to identify gaps and opportunities.

- You know conversion rate optimization principles like the back of your hand.
- You have a background in B2B SaaS or B2C.
