  • 4+ years of experience in software sales, partner development, or business development within a cloud-based environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
  • Identify and expand critical relationships within named partners
  • Help expand the partner community within the Americas to accelerate growth
  • Develop, retain and own Five9’s strategic relationships within partners
  • Establish engagement models for ISV’s and development partners
  • Develop, deliver and execute viable plan(s) representing Five9’s interest
  • Align closely with Five9 Sales to represent the interests of the assigned partners
  • Develop Partner Training and Enablement program and certification
  • Align closely with Sales and Channel to close customer opportunities
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Develop detailed operational plans with partners
