About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Good knowledge of human resources practices and Egyptian Labor Law.
- Very good English language skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Manage daily human resources operations and employee records.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Prepare and maintain human resources documentation, contracts, and personnel files.
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related processes.
- Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and human resources-related concerns.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare human resources reports and support human resources projects and initiatives.
- Previous experience in a school or educational environment is a plus.
