Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for Atlanta office projects during the pre-construction phase.
Create design deliverables by managing architect and engineer consultants.
Prepare marketing presentation documents.
Update past project information and the Atlanta office brochure.
Provide consulting for Japanese-speaking clients regarding their design needs.
Collect all information required for design, translate it into English, and distribute it to architects and engineers.
Review design outputs provided by architects and engineers.
Manage the design schedule in coordination with the procurement and construction team.
Direct Revit- and AutoCAD-related tasks, including drawing and three-dimensional work, as needed.
Plan design presentation work, including study models and renderings.
Initiate bid document preparations with the business development team.
Translate client documents from Japanese to English and/or English to Japanese as needed.
Desired Qualifications
A Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
The Architect III plans, directs, and coordinates activities of ATL office projects during the pre-construction phase as described below and create design deliverables by managing consultants (architects and engineers).
