Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with enterprise IP telephony environments supporting more than 2,000 users.
  • Proficiency with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express.
  • Experience integrating collaboration solutions.
  • Strong networking knowledge.
  • French proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Cisco Collaboration certification is an asset.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
  • Administer Cisco IP telephony infrastructures.
  • Ensure the availability and quality of telecommunications services.
  • Configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express solutions.
  • Integrate Session Initiation Protocol and analog lines.
  • Resolve telephony and collaboration incidents.
  • Participate in modernizing communications infrastructures.
  • Produce technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams.
  • Participate in technology watch activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of communications services.
Desired Qualifications
  • Cisco Collaboration certification.
