  • 10+ years experience program and project management in high tech software
  • Experience successfully leading multiple full-life-cycle application implementations; including Salesforce and Workday, or other enterprise scale implementations
  • Lead projects through influencing
  • Prior experience in a consulting company preferred
  • MBA degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience leading projects with Sales & Product teams
  • Work independently and collaboratively with project team members
  • Strong analytical skills to identify requirements and potential solutions with business sponsors, stakeholders, consulting partners and project team members
  • Experience in effectively using project management tools (SmartSheet and/or MS Project) & GSuite (email, slides, docs, and sheets)
Responsibilities
  • Own planning and execution of multiple strategic programs and projects; including requirements, design, test and deployment with a strong focus on understanding and delivering to the business objectives and measuring outcomes
  • Lead meetings, provide status updates, and dashboards to keep the business sponsor, stakeholders, and project team current on progress and risks for escalation
  • Establish strong relationships across the business sponsors, key stakeholders, consulting partners and project team members
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
  • Follow processes, project methodology, and tools defined by the BT PMO
  • Work closely with business sponsors and leaders to drive decisions and change management
