  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within agricultural organizations
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard talented sales representatives within the territory
  • Collaborate with Channel Development and Sales Effectiveness to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Identify and prioritize prospects within the territory through market research and networking
  • Implement effective prospecting strategies to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities
