Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in trading operations/middle office functions within a financial services or investment firm
  • Reconciliation and settlements experience in digital assets and cryptocurrencies
  • Strong leadership, management, and people development skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills that demonstrate the ability to think strategically
  • High attention to detail aimed at delivering a product that meets our best-in-class standards
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Prior experience implementing/onboarding and technology solutions

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of cryptocurrency trade support, including settlement and reconciliation of digital asset and cryptocurrencies
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including members from Technology, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Treasury and Finance, to establish and enhance the Firm's cryptocurrency trading processes
  • Manage the onboarding of a post-trade processing platform and build the business out from a support perspective
  • Design and implement robust workflows, processes and a control framework including documentation of workflows and control policies
  • Define goals, benchmarks, and metrics for our cryptocurrency operations efforts
