- At least five years of experience in testing and team support.
- Previous experience in consulting and IT services companies.
- Based in Nantes.
- Experience with functional testing, end-to-end testing, interface testing, web-service testing, API testing, and test design and traceability.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data querying and manipulation.
- Knowledge of at least one API testing tool: Postman, SoapUI, or Bruno.
- Mandatory experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of at least one test-management tool: Squash TM or Xray.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new contexts and switch efficiently between applications in a multi-application maintenance environment.
- Ability to manage multiple subjects and priorities in parallel.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively for oneself and the team.
- Deep functional understanding of applications and sufficient technical knowledge to understand technical challenges.
- Good communication and collaboration with technical teams, and the ability to support and supervise a testing team.
- Authorization to work in France.
- Define a test strategy suited to the context and objectives of clients.
- Establish test processes, test plans, and test cases.
- Validate deliverables produced by SQLI teams.
- Ensure that each release and sprint reaches the expected quality level.
- Perform technical and functional end-to-end tests on web applications.
- Test user journeys and business processes.
- Perform functional, interface, web-service, and API testing.
- Identify anomalies and document them.
- Work with technical teams to resolve anomalies.
- Track and maintain defect traceability.
- Support the selection of test tools.
- Design test cases and scenarios.
- Document and trace test design.
- Implement testing best practices.
- Prepare the transition to test automation.
- Supervise and support manual testers.
- Advise testing teams.
- Participate actively in the testing practice circle with other testers.
- Share testing best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Work on project-plateau activities and respond to the needs of Nantes clients for testing profiles.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
