Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • LOXAM closed a €1.05 billion notes offering in July 2026, extending funding runway.
  • March 2026 guidance cited 500 million euros of 2026 investment, signaling offensive fleet growth.
  • Q4 2025 revenue was nearly flat, suggesting European demand recovery entering 2026.

What critics are saying

  • LOXAM still carries €3.98 billion net debt, leaving leverage sensitive through 2026.
  • Brazil's CADE must approve Mills before closing; failure blocks the strategic expansion.
  • If construction weakens again in 2026, LOXAM's capital-heavy model strains cash generation.

What makes LOXAM unique

  • LOXAM controls 1,090 branches across 30 countries, giving unmatched local coverage.
  • March 2026 revenue reached €2.47 billion, with 2025 proving resilient in a subdued market.
  • Its Mills acquisition deepens Brazil exposure and extends LOXAM beyond Europe.
