About the Company

KEITH

AI-driven residential conveyancing platform in UK

Keith is an AI-first law firm in the United Kingdom that focuses on residential conveyancing. It uses a platform that automates up to 80% of traditional human-led tasks in property transactions through a network of AI agents for document review, drafting, communication, and workflow management, all under human supervision. The firm stands out by offering a 24/7 AI-powered client helpline via phone and WhatsApp, combining automated efficiency with accessible client service to handle larger caseloads. Its goal is to transform the conveyancing process, expand its operations across the UK, and eventually extend into other areas of law while seeking regulatory authorization from the CLC and, later, the SRA.
