Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in consulting, account management, customer success, or commercial roles within or selling into consulting, professional services, or financial services firms.
  • Strong understanding of consulting and financial services workflows, including their pressures, timelines, and decision-making structures.
  • Track record of retaining and growing enterprise accounts, identifying expansion signals, and progressing commercial opportunities.
  • Comfort owning net revenue retention targets and managing both retention and growth revenue within accounts.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with client contacts and serve as a reliable, knowledgeable partner.
  • Ability to lead client meetings, present to senior stakeholders, and write clearly and concisely.
  • Strong account organization and discipline, including keeping the customer relationship management system up to date and proactively managing the account book.
  • Ability to develop junior colleagues and work collaboratively.
  • Curiosity about how artificial intelligence tools can transform workflows and ability to explain that value credibly in client conversations.
  • Adaptability, proactivity, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment while following established processes and playbooks.

Responsibilities
  • Own enterprise accounts and take accountability for retention, adoption, and revenue growth across the book of business.
  • Report on account health and forecast adoption, pipeline, and risk to leadership.
  • Manage pilots by guiding prospective teams through structured evaluation periods and driving conversion to long-term customers.
  • Identify and escalate account risks and collaborate with the team to resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with champions and senior stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage integrations and deployments, helping clients connect the platform to existing tools and workflows.
  • Contribute to Digital Customer Success programs by producing content and resources that help customers succeed at scale.
  • Generate leads and expansion opportunities within accounts and work with the commercial team to progress the pipeline.
  • Submit structured product feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader Customer Success function, including participation in events and campaigns.
