WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of housekeepers to maintain high cleanliness standards. In this role, you will:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations and inspect rooms for cleanliness.
Train and mentor housekeepers to deliver top-notch service.
Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies are well-stocked.
Assist with scheduling and performance evaluations for the housekeeping team.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
