  • A Bachelor’s Degree and or Master’s Degree in either Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related discipline with five years of experience in management of enterprise projects similar in scope or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline with eight years of experience in the management of similar projects or programs.
  • Good understanding of Business Analysis and Management Support frameworks including Six Sigma, PMMP, ITGC, COSO, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, FISMA, A123, ISO 27000, SOX 404 and CFOA.
  • Ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple enterprise programs in implementing business process development, business re-engineering, and strategic business projects.
  • Capability to manage programs of high complexity and to direct the completion of multiple projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints.
  • Versatile team leader and team player with good communication, program/project management, Business Analysis and Management Support and Software Development Life Cycle, process/procedure, documentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify best practices, effect re-engineering, change management, business management techniques, continuous process improvement, root cause analysis, IT-planning, develop/recommend IT performance-based metrics, and organizational development activity.
  • Possesses the ability to assess and apply multiple organizational, and management improvement techniques in a government environment.
  • Ability to ensure all work products are complete, accurate and conform to Federal Government Agency standard.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Program Manager on all Bank of America (BOA) related issues and may act as Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence.
  • Provide leadership to Technology Analysis leads and serve as a technical expert for Business Analysis and Management Support Team activities with specialized experience in current Business Analysis and Management Support benchmarks, practices and testing methods.
  • Possess a full understanding of project scope, objectives and roles and communicate with management at all levels.
  • Provide specialized support for management-related issues and concerns for multiple tasks and provide leadership to TA leads.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables by ensuring processes are implemented and work product is complete, accurate and in accordance with established standards.
  • Identify innovative and efficient improvements across the BOA.
  • Support workforce management initiatives including addressing staffing requirements, assisting with resource identification, and providing daily supervision and problem resolution.
  • Plan, manage and oversee tasks in a multiple task environment.
  • Audit and manage project plans to ensure effective schedule and cost controls, risk mitigation planning, and problem resolution.
  • Understand project management methodologies and be familiar with the full software development life cycle.
  • Have a strong understanding of the IT industry, financial business processes and procedures, financial reporting and contract management.
  • Communicate with the Federal Government Agency Program Managers on a daily basis and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc contract reporting.
