Responsibilities
Perform printing, scanning, document preparation, and finishing services while supporting departmental workflow.
Perform batch printing and manage print jobs efficiently and accurately.
Operate multifunctional copier, scanner, and print equipment.
Address and route materials to appropriate individuals after completing assignments.
Take initiative, anticipate workflow needs, identify potential issues, and help ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
Operate binding and finishing equipment, including spiral, velo, tape, coil, and three-hole punch equipment.
Assume other departmental job responsibilities as needed.
Assist with training and developing new and existing staff on reprographics equipment, procedures, workflows, and quality standards.
Respond professionally to customer requests and work with internal clients to understand and meet their reprographics needs.
Participate in training and continually develop technical and operational skills.
Perform other assigned duties and projects.
Summary:

The expected base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 – $80,000. The base salary offer is based on a variety of factors which includes, but is not limited to, qualifications, education and experience.
