- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant finance experience (of accounting, taxation or FP&A experience including MIS preparation and assisting audit), ideally within SaaS or technology-driven companies.
- Advanced data manipulation skills in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (Tally (preferrable), SAP)
- Experience with a multi-national and strong understanding of accounting consolidations. Strong knowledge of local accounting standards.
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with international teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bookkeeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate books and keep all financial documentation organized and audit ready.
- Accounting Adjustments: Prepare schedules and track adjustments like prepaid expenses, depreciation, and accruals.
- Compliance Support: Assist the Manager – Finance in ensuring timely statutory and regulatory compliance.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare the MIS and its supporting schedules for ease of review by the holding company.
- Vendor data management: Prepare a log of vendor data supported with contracts/documents and perform their balance reconciliations on a periodic basis.
- Expense Payment Review: Review expense/reimbursement payment batches for accuracy before final approval by the Senior Manager – Finance.
- System Migration: Support the migration of accounting books to new software platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle various finance-related tasks and support cross-functional collaboration as needed.

Boeing and Ontic expand Distribution Agreement to include Honeywell Primus Weather Radar portfolio. Boeing has expanded its exclusive Distribution Agreement with Ontic to include global exclusive distribution rights for the Honeywell RDR-4 A/B Weather Radar system and the P440/660/880 Primus Weather Radar family, for commercial customers. The announcement (made at MRO Europe today) strengthens aftermarket support for commercial airliners, business jets and rotorcraft, reinforcing lifecycle support for long-in-service fleets and underscoring Ontic's strategic role as a global leader in sustaining established and non-core OEM product lines - ensuring long-term support and availability for critical flight systems that enable safer and more efficient aircraft operations worldwide. The expanded Radar distribution preserves a single, global channel for new spare parts across a broad installed base - including the Boeing 737 family, 777 and 757, as well as Airbus A320CL, A330 and A340, and a variety of regional aircraft. Covering more than 1,000 unique part numbers and major line replaceable units (LRUs) - such as the receiver/transmitter, antenna, control panel, mounting tray, and flat plate antenna - the portfolio helps operators and MROs maintain reliable access to critical radar systems that detect hazardous weather, turbulence, and wind shear. Primarily supported from Ontic's UK sites, the program supports approximately 170 operators and repair stations globally. B&H signs aerospace logistics deal with Ontic. Aviation logistics specialist B&H Worldwide, signed a global warehousing and logistics contract with Ontic Aerospace at the MRO Europe exhibition in London on 15 October. Under the agreement, B&H Worldwide will hold over 3,000 items for Ontic and support its exchange programme at its gateways in London, Miami, and Singapore. B&H Worldwide will also provide dangerous goods handling, routine and urgent AOG shipping services, and will track and monitor its global inventory via B&H Worldwide's proprietary warehouse management system, FirstTRAC. Ontic specialises in supplying parts for legacy aircraft such as the Boeing 747 and 777, including many of the planes operated by freighter airlines. Group managing director of B&H Worldwide, Gary Wilson, said: "This new contract reflects the confidence the business places in our ability to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient logistics solutions worldwide.
