One year of clinical nurse aide experience is required.

Provide direct patient care and management to patients with medical and behavioral issues under the supervision of a Clinical Nurse.
Perform non-professional patient care services, crisis intervention, therapeutic interactions, and behavior management.
Use non-violent physical techniques to de-escalate patients ranging in stature from 100 to 300 pounds.
