- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and move for more than eight hours per day, and to bend, stoop, crawl, climb ladders, and perform other activities requiring a full range of motion.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be willing to undergo background checks, including driving history, criminal background, reference checks, and credit history.
- Must be willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning services to clients according to client and company specifications.
- Perform cleaning tasks, including cleaning bathrooms and fixtures, showers and tubs, washing floors, cleaning kitchens, vacuuming carpets, dusting, and polishing furniture.
- Perform all duties safely and according to the company's Safety Program Manual.
- Complete work punctually and efficiently according to job specifications and supervisor instructions.
- Report to the company's headquarters at the assigned time.
- Wear the appropriate uniform and personal protective equipment according to job guidelines.
- Move furniture and other objects as needed to clean properly.
- Work safely around pets using pet-safe cleaning products and methods, taking care to prevent pets from leaving the home.
- Represent the company positively, provide customer service, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Leave each worksite according to exit procedures, including securing the property, locking doors and windows, and activating the alarm system.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and return it to its designated place after use.
- Immediately report accidents, injuries, safety violations, maintenance issues, and damaged or malfunctioning equipment to a supervisor or team lead.
- Learn and apply the company's specific cleaning techniques to work efficiently and meet company specifications and requirements.
- Attend and actively participate in all required company meetings.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Support other divisions as needed.
