Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a HRIS Systems Administrator, preferably with Workday, Greenhouse and performance management systems
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for our world-class systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Zendesk and our new performance system)
  • Maintain and update the HR systems according to the business needs and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or errors
  • Ensure data accuracy, security and compliance across all HR platforms
  • Develop and document system processes, policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the alignment and integration of the HR systems
  • Provide technical support and training to the HR staff and end-users on how to use the HR systems effectively
  • Evaluate and recommend new features, enhancements and upgrades to improve the HR systems functionality and performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders to test and validate system updates are fit for purpose
