What believers are saying

H1 2026 revenue grew 21.1% to EUR 71.3 million, with adjusted EBIT EUR 12.7 million.
Reaktor won new NATO-country customers in Q2 2026, strengthening Defence & Security demand.
IPO proceeds target product expansion, defense growth, and acquisitions after the 15 June listing.

What critics are saying

The EUR 25.1 million listing share expense exposed earnings volatility and distorted Q2 2026 EBITDA.
Consulting demand remains project-based; losing Alaska Airlines-style wins quickly cuts utilization and margins.
If Defence & Security product traction stalls, Reaktor becomes a low-moat agency competing with Accenture, CGI, and local shops.

What makes Reaktor unique

Reaktor combines Nordic consulting, software products, and ecosystem ventures under one brand.
In June 2026, Reaktor shipped Alaska Airlines’ Starlink portal in just over six months.
Q1 2026 adjusted EBIT reached EUR 10.4 million on EUR 39.1 million revenue.

Reaktor develops Starlink wi-fi portal for Alaska Air Group. Reaktor, a specialist in creating digital experiences, has designed and delivered a new inflight connectivity portal for Alaska Air Group, to help passengers connect their devices to Starlink wi-fi services on its Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines fleets. The portal, delivered in partnership with T-Mobile, will enable free access to cabin wi-fi on the airline's aircraft fleets serving Alaska and Hawaii routes. From gate to gate and at cruising altitude, guests can use the IFC platform to stream entertainment content, play games, browse the FlightPath3D inflight map, or stay connected. According to Reaktor the portal took just over six months to build and launch, and further enhancements are planned. Beyond connectivity, the portal features curated brand content from both Alaska Airlines and Hawaiian Airlines, and the platform also allows non-technical staff to update and maintain content without complex development cycles. "We set out to create a sign-on experience that feels effortless for our guests and matches the quality of our ultra-fast onboard wi-fi," said David Scotland, director of cabin experience at Alaska Airlines.

Reaktor designed and delivered the connectivity portal at the heart of this service. "We set out to create a sign-on experience that feels effortless for our guests and matches the quality of our ultra-fast onboard Wi-Fi," said David Scotland, Director - Cabin Experience at Alaska Airlines. Reaktor Group - size of offering is about EUR 62.8 mln assuming that co raises gross proceeds of about EUR 20 million in share issue. Friday, Jun 5, 2026 9:14 am ET 1min read Reaktor Group Oy, a Finnish technology company specializing in software development and digital solutions, has announced plans for an initial public offering (IPO) and a listing on Nasdaq Helsinki's regulated market. The offering is expected to include a share issue aimed at raising approximately EUR 20 million in gross proceeds, with the total offering size estimated at around EUR 62.8 million, assuming full participation from cornerstone investors. The IPO will consist of both new shares and the sale of existing shares by current shareholders. The proceeds from the share issue will be allocated to three strategic areas: expanding Reaktor's Software Product Business, particularly in the Defence & Security vertical; supporting international and domestic growth through organic expansion and selective acquisitions; and accelerating the Reaktor Ecosystem venture business development. Ask Aime: How might Reaktor's IPO impact tech investments in the Defence & Security sector? Cornerstone investors, including Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Mariatorp Oy, and several asset management firms, have committed to subscribing for shares totaling approximately EUR 45 million at a pre-money equity valuation of up to EUR 190 million. These commitments underscore investor confidence in Reaktor's growth strategy and market position. Reaktor's financial performance in 2025 showed revenue of EUR 117.7 million, with an operating profit (EBIT) of EUR 8.1 million and an adjusted operating profit of EUR 10.6 million. The company reported a cash conversion rate of 69.8% and operating free cash flow of EUR 10.2 million. These figures reflect a stable financial position, which the company said supports its ability to pursue strategic growth initiatives without external pressure. The IPO is expected to enhance Reaktor's access to capital markets, increase share liquidity, and broaden its ownership base. It also aims to strengthen the company's reputation and provide a more effective means of using shares in potential mergers and acquisitions or employee incentive programs. The offering is being coordinated by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB, with Nordnet Bank AB handling the subscription process for the public and personnel offerings. Legal and communications advisory services are being provided by Roschier, Krogerus, and IR Partners Oy, respectively. Reaktor's IPO represents a significant step in its evolution from a primarily consulting-led technology firm to a diversified technology group with a stronger focus on scalable software products and ecosystem-driven innovation. The company's strategic emphasis on AI integration, industry-specific solutions, and international expansion positions it to capitalize on long-term growth opportunities in the digital transformation sector. Aime insights. Could you provide some quality stocks that are best suited for long-term retirement investing? What are the recent merger and acquisition activities in the stock market? Between Microsoft and Google, which is better for long-term holding? Could you recommend some U.S. growth stocks with strong market positions?
