About the role and team
As a Partner Manager within Uber Advertising - CPG division, you will be a founding member of a team bridging the digital and real worlds. This role is about more than just managing accounts; it’s about navigating the messy reality of building long-term partnerships with CPG brands in a fast-changing environment. You will serve as the primary link between Uber’s cutting-edge ads platform and the strategic growth goals of our enterprise partners, ensuring that every campaign translates into tangible real-world movement.
The pace here is intense and the stakes are high, as you will be responsible for defining best-practice playbooks and driving the adoption of an expanding suite of ad offerings. We are looking for people who are energized by ambiguity and have the grit to solve problems that don't always have a predefined script. If you are a resilient, data-driven professional who thrives when given the ownership to turn complex challenges into clear outcomes, this is where you will grow.
