What believers are saying

  • May 2026 released COR Pricing Agent, Plexxis integration, and expanded file support.
  • March 2026 added Sage Intacct and Procore contract mapping, deepening ERP integrations.
  • Turner and Suffolk deployments create reference accounts that speed enterprise sales cycles.

What critics are saying

  • Procore shipped modernized change orders in January 2026, compressing Clearstory’s differentiation window.
  • Clearstory’s AI pricing agent stayed in beta through July 2026, limiting enterprise trust.
  • If Procore or Autodesk bundle equivalent workflows, Clearstory becomes a niche feature.

What makes Clearstory unique

  • Clearstory owns a shared change-order network, with 14k contractors and $2.1B monthly CORs.
  • Suffolk standardized Clearstory across its national portfolio in March 2026.
  • Turner used Clearstory on 350+ projects and joined its customer advisory board.
