Requirements
  • Series 7, 9, and 10 licenses or equivalent qualifying registrations are required.
  • Series 63 license or equivalent qualifying registration is required.
  • At least 3 years of financial services experience is required.
  • Meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements.
  • Within 90 days of hire, successfully complete the examinations for Series 65 or 66 and/or obtain the qualifying registrations.
  • Series 3 or 31 may be required if the branch conducts commodities business.
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative, operational, and compliance oversight for four or more registered associates within a market or complex.
  • Lead efforts to expand revenue and client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with the profit and loss statement.
  • Develop the branch business plan and recruit financial advisors.
  • Serve as a Financial Advisor for personal clients by providing advice consistent with their goals and risk tolerance, assessing investment profiles, and evaluating financial needs.
  • Advise clients on different financial products and determine which products suit their needs and financial circumstances.
