The company’s approach appears focused on serving public sector clients, differentiating itself by specializing in government building departments rather than serving general commercial markets. What believers are saying

  • HUD awarded Aoka a $2.7 million construction inspection contract in January 2026.
  • HUD added a $1.5 million CIS Southwest task order in July 2026.
  • Del Rio renewed Aoka for permitting and zoning work on April 8, 2025.

What critics are saying

  • HUD alone can dictate Aoka’s revenue; losing renewal bids in 2027 hurts hard.
  • Aoka’s Blitzz dependence exposes core virtual inspections to vendor pricing and platform disruption.
  • Aoka’s public footprint is thin; one federal contract loss could cripple 2027 growth.

What makes Aoka unique

  • Aoka’s Vertex Plans bundles plan review, revisions, and virtual inspections into one workflow.
  • Aoka won HUD construction inspection contracts in January 2026 and July 2026.
