Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate a strategic roadmap for Dropbox.com’s web experience that aligns with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer lifecycles.
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, using insights from research and data to identify opportunities, drive product decisions, and optimize the web experience.
  • Lead the development and prioritization of the web roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs. Continuously assess and refine the roadmap based on user feedback, data insights, and trends.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, data science, and broader marketing teams to create a cohesive and impactful web experience that supports key initiatives and goals.
  • Leverage analytics and A/B testing to inform product enhancements, track performance, and continuously optimize the user journey and conversion funnel on the web platform.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure that product decisions align with marketing strategies and company initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high performing team fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability and innovation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the website within the marketing organization, keeping stakeholders informed about product progress, performance, and opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with both PLG and SLG motions within a SaaS company
  • Experience with both front end and backend web technologies including CMS platforms such as AEM and Webflow
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
